ncgCARE is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Team. In the HR Coordinator role, you will provide administrative and operational support across core HR functions including onboarding, HRIS data entry, compliance tracking, and employee file management. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating communications with staff, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. It is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and seeking to grow within the HR profession.

Position Highlights: 

As an HR Coordinator you will: 

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel files. 
  • Process personnel changes in the HRIS and support compliance tracking. 
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and support HR communications. 
  • Run reports and assist with audits related to HR compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent, required
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of administrative, HR, or customer service experience (internships included), required.
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferred (Paycom experience, a plus)
    • Proficient in G-Suite, preferred.
