During onboarding, you help prepare new hire packets, collect completed paperwork, and support orientation logistics. Your attention to detail and follow-through ensures that new hires are set up for success and that hiring managers receive the coordination support they need to meet staffing goals.

You help track leave requests and ensure documentation is submitted and filed appropriately. Your accuracy and consistency help reduce delays, maintain compliance, and ensure that employees receive timely and benefits support.
Payroll Administration: You assist with payroll-related tasks such as entering new hire information, updating employee changes, and reviewing timecard submissions for accuracy. You work alongside the payroll team or provider to ensure timely updates and may help respond to employee questions about pay, timekeeping, or deductions. Your work supports payroll accuracy and timeliness, helping to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
Compliance and Reporting: You help support HR compliance by collecting and organizing documentation for audits, maintaining up-to-date labor law posters, and assisting with regulatory and internal reports such as headcount tracking and EEO-1 filings. Your attention to detail and consistency directly supports risk reduction, legal compliance, and readiness for internal and external audits.
HR Projects and Process Improvement: You assist with HR initiatives by supporting meeting coordination, preparing materials, tracking tasks, and supporting communications. Whether working on training sessions, employee engagement programs, or HR system updates, your role contributes to the timely execution of key initiatives. Your support enhances the team’s productivity and ensures HR programs run smoothly and efficiently.
Communications and Engagement: You prepare and post plant-wide updates in coordination with Corporate Communications and serve as a bridge between corporate and site-level teams. You also coordinate recognition activities and culture-building initiatives that drive morale and engagement. Your efforts help keep employees informed, foster a sense of inclusion, and support a strong, connected workplace culture.
