As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and enjoys helping others succeed.
You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy administration. From onboarding and maintaining personnel records to assisting with company events, your attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information will be essential to keeping our team running smoothly.

New Hire Experience & Onboarding
Serve as the primary contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Send offer letters, process new hires in Paycom, and provide hiring managers with updates.
Coordinate and distribute new hire uniforms.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of I-9 verifications and employment documentation.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring all documents are accurate and secure.
Process employment verification requests and manage unemployment claims.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Employee & Manager Support
Respond to HR-related inquiries, offering guidance on policies and procedures.
Keep department records up to date, including job descriptions and manager contact lists.
Assist in administering company policies and supporting employee relations efforts.
Culture & Engagement
Assist in planning and coordinating company outings, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts by helping attract and retain top talent.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role.
Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Paycom) and basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in maintaining records and handling sensitive information.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations, preferred.
