This role will be responsible for supporting a variety of human resources functions, including employee engagement, benefits, leave of absence, and company culture. Responsibilities

  • Supports with leave of absence, accommodation requests, and workerโ€™s compensation processing.
  • Assists in administering and communicating WRMC employee benefit programs, including health and life insurance, retirement plans, company holidays, and paid time off.
  • Processes benefit enrollments, changes, and coverage terminations.
  • Serves as point of contact for employee inquiries and assists in resolving issues.
  • Assists with the planning and execution of special events, such as open enrollment, employee recognition events, and holiday and birthday celebrations.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
  • Provides additional support to the HR Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in or has the ability to quickly learn HRIS and other HR-related applications.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and provide exceptional employee support.
