Now Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll work under the leadership of the SVP – Chief People Officer to provide day to day support in executing various programs and processes covering a broad range of HR issues including recruitment, system maintenance, payroll, reporting, compensation, and benefits.

  • Support recruitment by managing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling formal interviews. Ensure all branding guidelines and recruitment processes are followed.
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving and making adjustments to plans.
  • Maintain NMLS database and training requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding by notifying relevant teams of the new hire.
  • Maintain Requisition Report and track internal staffing requisitions, recruiting metrics, including time to fill, and cost per hire.
  • Respond to applicant and employee inquiries as needed.
  • Monitor the HR Department inbox and either respond to or prioritize and refer inquiries as appropriate.
  • Respond to unemployment and employment verification inquiries and claims in a timely manner.
  • Onboard employees into HR systems, including payroll (ADP), and benefits systems.
  • Assist with maintaining the integrity of information on ADP Workforce Now and run reports if required or requested.
  • Provide backup to orientation meetings. On-board new employees including completion and collection of paperwork, notification to appropriate personnel and maintain onboarding portal.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, including I-9 files.
  • Research/resolve individual state tax and unemployment notifications.

Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Minimum 1 year HR department experience including internships.
  • Experience working within an office required along with a high level of professionalism to manage confidential information.
  • Highly oriented to delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Basic knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and the ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining data in IT systems required, HRIS systems experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to listen and build relationships.
  • Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in highly sensitive situations.
