Job Responsibilities:

  • Assumes the responsibility and is accountable for the following Human Resources responsibilities:
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development
  • Responsible for Orientations of new hires on Monday and Thursday of each week
  • Add and process new hires into HRIS and all other information systems to include, Reynolds, The Hub, Award Co and any other information system required at hire
  • Update, audit and maintain gas card information
  • Provide support to Human Resources team members, Payroll and Management Teams.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource and payroll files and records
  • Perform periodic audits of Human Resources files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • Schedule Human Resources meetings, events and maintain agendas and calendars
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement celebrations
  • Act as backup to the Human Resources Specialist and Applicant Tracking Specialist
  • Assist with future acquisitions (Off-site)
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned
  • Assumes the responsibility and is accountable for the following Jostle “The Hub” 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date digital and electronic Human Resources files, records and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Utilizes exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality
  • Proven time management and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy
  • Displays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.
  • Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills
  • Uses problem solving skills and past experience to overcome workplace challenges, develop new processes, and define outcomes.
