REQUIRED:          

  • Master's Degree;
  • Three years experience in the field of human resources or public school administration.                      

PREFERRED:                

  • Professional Administrator; Mid-Management Certificate or Principal Certificate;
  • Degree in Business Administration.      

The role of Coordinator, HR is to assist in the process for interviewing and evaluating personnel for employment with BISD; assist in the administration of performance appraisal; maintain appropriate personnel records and issue reports, maintain an awareness of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations and guidelines; assist in administering local board policies and procedures.
