Malvern Health, Inc. is currently seeking a professional, full time Human Resources Coordinator to serve our location in Willow Grove, PA. This position is a full time, exempt, benefit eligible opportunity, working in the healthcare field.
Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the on-site, professional Human Resources individual to support all Human Resources functions and the employees who work at the assigned site location. Maintains Human Resource files on all employees and ensures accurate credentialing and training compliance. Maximizes the strategic use of human resources and completes various projects.

Education and/or Experience: 4 year Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources management. Previous experience in Human Resources preferred. Past healthcare experience preferred.
Technical/Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Proficient. Previous experience with Paycom or some other HRIS preferred.
