Now Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort Worth, TX

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting department with Accounts Payable and other duties while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all team member, vendor, and guest information.
  • Compile and reconcile daily reports and petty cash balances.
  • Support the preparation of statistical reports, such as cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, and profit/loss.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and other HR duties.
  • Maintain confidential team member files in compliance with federal, company, and brand standards.
  • Support team member recognition and engagement programs.
  • Comply with company policies and embrace OHM’s O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/Accounting software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now preferred).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience building strong relationships with leadership and teams.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources and Accounting experience preferred.

Hours & Physical Requirements:

  • Hours: Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Sedentary work, involving sitting most of the time.
    • Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Inside work environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
