    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in personnel, business or public administration or related field preferred
    • A minimum of four years successful human resources experience in the field of education, corporate or non-profit organizations
    • Knowledge of employment law, staff evaluation process, organizational planning and staff professional development
    • Demonstrated knowledge of CT State Statutes governing employment and State Department of Education certification procedures
    • Experience with human resources software required, experience with Tyler MUNIS preferred
    • Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse school community; superior oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to develop and implement special projects as required
    SALARY RANGE:
    • The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $101,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
