REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in personnel, business or public administration or related field preferred
A minimum of four years successful human resources experience in the field of education, corporate or non-profit organizations
Knowledge of employment law, staff evaluation process, organizational planning and staff professional development
Demonstrated knowledge of CT State Statutes governing employment and State Department of Education certification procedures
Experience with human resources software required, experience with Tyler MUNIS preferred
Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse school community; superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to develop and implement special projects as required
SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $101,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
