Role Overview
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition and development efforts, including supporting recruitment coordination, campus initiatives, onboarding logistics, and candidate engagement across all levels of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition across all levels. Administer job postings, review CVs, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and collect feedback.
- Assist with early-stage candidate assessment, including phone screens.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives. Build and maintain university relationships, coordinate information sessions and networking events, and facilitate candidate engagement and conversion efforts.
- Contribute to talent sourcing efforts. Identify relevant networking opportunities and sourcing channels to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics. Schedule orientations, training sessions, and introductory meetings to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
- Support people and culture initiatives. Support delivery of the Buddy Program, Lunch & Learns, Exchange Program, and employee engagement surveys.
- Provide additional HR administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
- 0–2 years of professional experience; prior internships or exposure to HR, recruitment, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with candidates, team members, and external partners.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn about HR and talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
