Panorama Eyecare is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning the administration of the Human Resources department with our business objectives, acting as a role model and employee advocate, and serving as the first point of contact for employees. 


Major Responsibilities: 

  • Will assist employees with questions and point them in the right direction when issues arise, including, but not limited to, Paylocity (HRIS), benefits, and employee engagement.  
  • Onboarding process ownership, including communication with candidates after offer acceptance and completing conversion tasks in Paylocity. 
  • Coordinate and present new hire orientation on a biweekly basis, including follow-up with new employees. 
  • ID badge creation and printing. 
  • Assign and monitor completion of new hire training by position. 
  • Create termination/separation letters and assign and review exit interviews. 
  • Will review and report 2-week, 30-day, 90-day, and annual new employee check-ins.
  • Will facilitate the employee recognition program and reconcile quarterly budgets. 
  • Maintenance of Paylocity HRIS system, including password resets, data entry, file uploads and portal maintenance. 
  • Assist with onsite job fairs, hiring events, town halls, training and open enrollment. 
  • Assist with organization and execution of company events.  
  • Partner with HR team to support acquisition integration efforts. 
  • Partner with HR team to interpret and educate employees and managers on company policies and procedures. 
  • Support HR Analytics through reporting and audit support 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 
Requirements

 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum associate’s degree in human resources or a relevant field OR 1-2 years’ experience in a direct Human Resources role is required. 
  • Paylocity experience preferred.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Organization and time management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. 
  • Multitasking and prioritization abilities. 
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • High Level of professionalism and confidentiality 
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter; this person will work in a hybrid role. 

Additional Job Details 

  • This role will primarily work from home but must live in CO and will have the expectation of working in our regional clinics on a regular, as needed, basis. The region will span from Boulder, Arvada, Lakewood, Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and Cheyenne, WY.
  • This is a Full-Time Position. 
  • Compensation for this role will be $23.72/hour-$27.10/hour based on experience/certification.
