Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating and supporting all human resource department projects and processes for the company. This person will work directly with and assist the human resources director to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. This includes recruitment, maintaining positive employee relations, training, communicating company procedures for new or existing employees and performing various other administrative tasks.
