We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our on-site team and support the Human Resource team with a variety of impactful HR initiatives. This role is essential in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the recruitment process, and auditing of files. You will also play an active role in employment recruting and hiring integration.

This role isn’t just about managing processes and paperwork. Your work will directly impact the culture and productivity of our team, helping us grow stronger together. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’re more than a record keeper—you’re a vital connection between the company, employees, and candidates from surrounding communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Championing Compliance and Organization: Maintain accurate records and documentation. Includes auditing of attendance records, I-9 forms, and timecards. Your attention to detail will ensure we’re always aligned with regulations and best practices.
  • Building Our Team: Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates who bring the skills, passion, and dedication to move our company forward. Collaborate with supervisors and the Human Resource Manager to identify talent that fits our culture and vision.
  • Guiding Employee Journeys: You’ll maintain and improve our orientation and new hire integration programs to give new hires the best possible start.
  • Driving Growth and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws, trends, and best practices. Continuously review and refine our policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Promoting Team Morale: Support initiatives that enhance productivity, recognition, and workplace morale. You’ll play a key role in creating an environment where employees feel motivated and appreciated.
  • Public Relations and Marketing Support: Help amplify our company’s brand and values by supporting external initiatives that showcase who we are.
  • Protecting Confidence: Handle sensitive matters with care, confidentiality, and professionalism to maintain trust across the organization.
