Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and enhancing the employee experience? We are seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Representative to join our Human Resources Operations Center, Ask HR, in Moline, IL. In this role, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive support to employees and HR teams, ensuring seamless execution of key HR processes and transactions.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day per week (flexible). Training will be conducted on-site for 2-3 months to ensure a strong foundation for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer HR processes, including talent acquisition support, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records maintenance, and learning administration.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and proposing solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists on issue resolution and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR processes or HR operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR system modules (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
