Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in sourcing, assessing and hiring qualified candidates to work at our Wisconsin Management Properties. This role is also responsible for organization wide

training and onboarding as well as supporting the HR Director with employee relations.


Principal Duties:

  • Source, screen, provide evaluation and advise managers on incoming candidates
  • Maintain the development of interview questions, scheduling interviews and oversee all candidate communications
  • Assist a variety of training and onboarding functions including but not limited to onboarding of site staff, maintaining the training database, assigning training, and organization wide training assistance
  • Assist as needed in supporting the Human Resources Director with investigating, reviewing and solving employee relations issues.
  • Support the Human Resources team by performing a variety of reporting and support services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required and additional secondary education preferred.
  • 2-4 years of education or experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while following company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, its policies and practices and be fair and consistent in upholding these and all company policies.
  • Ability to act calmly and use good judgment, tact and discretion in decision-making while under stress.
  • Handle all confidential material and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships.
  • Possess emotional intelligence.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to display professional behavior and dress as required by Wisconsin Management.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership. 

Physical Demands:

  • Remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Position, detect and operate office machinery including keyboards and phones.
  • Traverse in order to access cabinets and office equipment.
  • Transport paperwork and other office materials up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel independently on a limited basis.
  • No exposure to weather conditions.
