We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and help keep our teams organized and supported.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: On-site

Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll support
- Prepare internal offer letters and employment verifications
- Maintain employee files, badges, and phone lists
- Support employee recognition and HR programs
- Track required safety and compliance records
- Handle confidential information
Qualifications
- 1+ year HR experience or related education
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Team-oriented and professional
- Valid driver’s license
