POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Human Resource Coordinator will facilitate the processes that support various functional areas within Human Resources. This role will provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
This is a part-time temporary position, approximately from April 13, 2026 - July 10, 2026. This role is required to be in the office three days a week and may vary week to week with additional days in the office to support events, meetings, and projects as needed. It will include a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Education: Minimum of an associate degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure: PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred.
Job Classification: Non-Exempt (Part-time Hourly). Minimum of 24 hours per week.
Report to: Human Resources Director
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Experience in Microsoft office suite required. Knowledge of Paycom and Deltek preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop or kneel, climb, or balance, talk, or hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects tools or control. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on occasion.
Working Environment: A general office environment requires long periods of sitting at a computer. The environmental conditions generally include ambient inside temperature, lighting, and noise level. Due to the collaborative nature of this position and accessibility for in-house meetings, it is important that the work may need to be performed in the office and during normal business hours.
Continuing Education: Complete state-required competency. Attend job-related seminars and workshops.
Salary Range: $28.37 - $31.25 per hour
