We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships, and supporting hotel leaders and employees across multiple properties.

About the Role

As the Human Resources Generalist, you’ll serve as a trusted HR partner to our hotel leadership teams. You’ll oversee the day-to-day HR function across assigned properties, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and workers’ compensation programs

  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing

  • Enforce company policies and support consistent HR practices across properties

  • Travel regularly to assigned hotel locations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role

  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Self-starter who is organized, proactive, and people-focused

  • A natural people-person who builds trust and communicates effectively at all levels
