As the Human Resources Generalist, you’ll serve as a trusted HR partner to our hotel leadership teams. You’ll oversee the day-to-day HR function across assigned properties, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
Administer compensation, benefits, and workers’ compensation programs
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing
Enforce company policies and support consistent HR practices across properties
Travel regularly to assigned hotel locations

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
Hospitality experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

A natural people-person who builds trust and communicates effectively at all levels
