Job Summary
Dollar Tree is seeking a HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations within our South Carolina facility. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) for employee relations, onboarding, and policy communication
- Assist with recruitment, orientation, and new hire onboarding
- Support attendance tracking, employee documentation, and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Partner with leadership on employee relations issues and workplace investigations
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee records
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (proffered)
- 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR support experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
