Human Resources Generalist

You'll dive deep into the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment law, managing essential filings, leading audits, and providing guidance and training. This role proactively addresses employee relations issues, navigating complex workplace situations, helping resolve interpersonal conflicts, and addressing performance concerns through effective communication and sound judgment. You'll support employees through leave processes and work closely with managers to foster a positive and productive work environment.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and respond to employee concerns
• Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment law and regulations
• Strong attention to detail ensuring that all documentation, investigations, and compliance-related records are kept accurate, complete, and up to date
• Comfort working with MS 365 Suite
• Confidence with administrating Leave of Absence Processes
• Solid experience with Employee Relations
• Familiarity with benefits and payroll administration
