HR Generalist – Grow With Us!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the daily operations of our Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment and ensures HR processes are completed in compliance with company standards and federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Process employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and implement employee recognition programs and events.
  • Execute routine HR administrative tasks, including payroll and leave management.
  • Support the HR Department Manager in achieving performance objectives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
  • Passion for HR and professional growth in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
