Three Crosses Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our HR department and employees. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy execution. The HR Generalist will ensure adherence to hospital and regulatory standards while supporting HR initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records, including FMLA, Workers' Compensation, payroll, and other sensitive information.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on policy interpretation and employee relations matters.
  • Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations, working with leadership to reach appropriate resolutions.
  • Partner with the internal recruiter to develop efficient hiring processes and support managers in recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Assist in Talent & Performance Management activities, including compensation reviews, performance evaluations, development plans, and employee engagement initiatives 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including employee orientation, competencies, performance evaluations, licensure, and certifications.
  • Serve as a resource for HR communications, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, timekeeping systems, accruals, and benefits.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to prepare reports and support decision-making.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned while upholding all hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3+ years of human resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Experience with ADP HRIS and reporting is a plus.
