Partner with internal clients in the development and execution of human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of recruitment, talent, change, organizational and performance management, regulatory compliance including the Affirmative Action Plan, and compensation.
Bachelor’s degree in related field; professional certification preferred. Comparable years of experience with professional certification may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum four (4) years practical Human Resources experience.
Excellent management, supervisory, leadership, interpersonal relations, computer, mathematical, reading, verbal and written communication, problem solving, decision making, multi-tasking, prioritizing and presentation skills; high degree of confidentiality, discretion and attention to detail; be conscientious, prompt and courteous; thorough working knowledge of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Affirmation Action, Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment laws and regulations; demonstrated working knowledge in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), online job listing services, background checks and drug screening; possess a valid driver’s license.
