We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated HR Generalist to join our team. 


Position Summary:
As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing the full scope of HR functions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and implementing HR best practices in a fast-paced clinical setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, offboarding
     
  • Administer benefits and support open enrollment processes
     
  • Serve as point of contact for employee relations and HR policy interpretation
     
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
     
  • Manage performance review cycles and assist with staff development initiatives
     
  • Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files
     
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with finance
     
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement and workplace culture
     
  • Partner with leadership on organizational changes and staffing strategies
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
     
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar setting
     
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
     
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
     
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
     
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity, and Microsoft Office Suite
     
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
