InnovaFlex™ is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. Major Responsibilities:

  • Health Benefits Administration: Manage health benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability (STD/LTD), life & AD&D insurance, voluntary life, ancillary coverages, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • 401(k) Management: Administer the company’s 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contributions, and compliance monitoring.
  • FSA and HSA Accounts: Coordinate Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
  • Unemployment Claims: Handle unemployment claims and related documentation.
  • Leave of Absence Administration: Manage leaves of absence including FMLA, military leave, Colorado FAMLI, and other statutory leaves.
  • Workers’ Compensation: Manage workers’ compensation claims, reporting, and follow-up processes.
  • Special Projects: Participate in HR, benefits and company projects as directed by the Head of HR to support departmental and company-wide goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Previous experience with health benefits management, retirement plans, leave administration, and other related benefits areas
  • Proficiency in HRIS payroll systems, working knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret benefits data, assess trends, and make recommendations
  • Understanding of COBRA, FMLA, CO FAMLI, ACA and compliance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel to include pivot tables, PPT, Teams, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, with public speaking experience a plus, as occasional presentations or meetings with groups of teammates may be required

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred

 

Certification:

  • aPHR or PHR or SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or CEBS preferred

Compensation:

Annualized Wage: *$65,000 - $78,000, depending on experience

Annual Target Bonus: 15% (prorated first year of employment based on date of hire)

*The salary range provided is an estimate representative of all experience levels. InnovaFlex considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education / training, and key skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40+ hours/week)
  • Additional hours as needed to support business needs
