The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing Human Resources related duties on a professional level and will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources in supporting designated locations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with extensive onboarding and employee relations experience (Engagement, Progressive Discipline, Performance Management and Performance Improvement Plans) and up to date knowledge of MA employment law. Our ideal candidate will also be resourceful, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable, and proficient in time management. The ability to innovate and learn quickly will be pivotal to success in this role.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Mattapan, MA and will be hybrid (both in office and remote work). The necessity to be in office will fluctuate according to tenure, successful completion of onboarding and training, and business needs. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts and live within a commutable distance to our Boston area locations.
