Job Summary
Serve as a strategic HR partner to department managers and service-line employees, owning employee relations support, audit readiness, safety tracking, compliance reporting, HR data integrity, and policy development. Ensure consistent HR service delivery and documentation standards aligned with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Essential Functions
Manager partnership & coaching: Provide structured HR guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary documentation, conflict resolution, and termination compliance; reinforce accountability standards.
Employee relations case support: Receive and respond to non-benefits/non-leave employee relations matters; schedule and facilitate meetings; document case outcomes; escalate complex issues to the HR Director.
Documentation review & compliance validation: Review disciplinary actions, performance plans, and termination documentation for completeness and compliance prior to finalization.
Audit & compliance ownership: Conduct quarterly personnel file audits; monitor training compliance; track license requirements; ensure policy acknowledgment documentation is current and audit-ready.
Safety tracking & reporting coordination: Maintain OSHA logs; track incident reports; support safety documentation review; prepare monthly safety dashboards and reports.
HR reporting & analytics: Produce monthly headcount reports, turnover analysis, and executive HR summaries; identify trends and recommend corrective action.
Survey & engagement administration: Administer annual engagement survey and quarterly pulse surveys; analyze exit interview trends; prepare manager debrief materials.
HRIS & data integrity oversight: Maintain HR data accuracy in Paycom; audit job codes, pay rate changes, and status updates; partner with Payroll and Accounting on data alignment.
Policy & content development: Draft and revise HR policies; maintain SharePoint as system of record; develop manager toolkits, SOPs, and internal HR guidance documents.
Cross-functional partnership: Serve as primary HR liaison to Accounting and service-line operations for HR reporting and documentation standards.
Continuous improvement & process refinement: Identify recurring compliance gaps; streamline HR workflows; recommend automation and documentation enhancements.
Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional HR operational and strategic duties as assigned by the HR Director, including participation in organizational improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance responsibilities.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of employment practices, documentation standards, and audit processes.
Systems: Experience administering HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred).
Communication: Strong ability to coach managers and communicate policy clearly.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining documentation accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).
Experience supporting operational or multi-site environments.
Experience in safety tracking or compliance reporting.
Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred, not required).

High attention to detail and documentation rigor.
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HRIS systems.

Serves as primary HR partner to managers for non-benefits, non-TA matters.
Accountable for audit readiness and HR documentation integrity.
Escalates high-risk matters to HR Director appropriately.
No direct reports.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Office-based role with frequent computer use.
Regular interaction with managers and employees.
Must be able to sit for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
Occasional local travel may be required for multi-site support.
