Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Muncy, PA is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team!

A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Generalist (but not limited to):

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
• Manage and update Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely entry of employee information.
• Post job openings on company website and job boards.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new employee files, conducting orientation sessions, and explaining company policies.
• Support HR in addressing employee concerns and issues, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and documents.
• Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
• Assist with special HR projects as needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by HR management.

Skill/Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
