Your role:

General Purpose: Maintain a positive work culture and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations including employment laws. The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in a multitude of HR areas, including but not limited to: Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefit and FMLA Administration, HRIS administration, trainings, credentialing and privileging, audit, report, and survey preparation and submission, employee relations, and Worker’s Compensation/Safety. This position will report directly to the HR Associate Director. 



This is a hybrid position. Must reside in or be planning to relocate to Colorado by time of hire 



Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Human Resources Department with any and all areas of need, which will change from time to time due to business needs and available resources. 
  • Supports Human Resource Business Partners and Total Rewards Specialist with variety of tasks including but not limited to benefits requests and changes, FMLA/FMLI requests, ADA documentation and tracking, HRIS changes, and employee relation issues (including investigations/interviews and potential disciplinary actions such as corrective action plans, performance improvement plans, and terminations, etc.); 
  • May assist with full cycle recruiting and onboarding of various positions at STRIDE. 
  • Completes routine audits, census, and various surveys and reports related to STRIDE and employee information.   
  • Responds to and follows up on employee questions sent to HR.
  • Assists with Workers Compensation activities and claims. 
  • Assists Human Resources with trainings, wellness activities, and assignments. 
  • Responsible for HR Q&A library and Q&A webinars/calls. 
  • Assists with design, facilitation, and/or maintaining HR programs.
  • Applies knowledge of human resource principles and practices, including federal and state laws and regulations applicable to work.
  • Presents in monthly and bi-monthly new hire onboarding programs when applicable. 
  • Will be required to drive to STRIDE clinics.     
  • Will assist with HRIS duties and updates.  
  • Attends all required meetings and events.
  • Must be willing to cross train in all Human Resources functions.
  • May be assigned to lead sub-committees as needed; and 
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Associate Director and Deputy General Counsel.

  • Ability to protect the confidentiality of patient, employee and business information.


Education or Formal Training:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Human Resources certification preferred. HRIS experience a plus.


Material and equipment directly used: Computer, printer, multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, copy machine, calculator, and all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and the internet.



Working environment/physical activities: Office environment within a clinical setting. Enters data into computer programs via computer, mouse and keyboard. Moves about the office environment and occasionally to other locations. Moves/transports objects up to 25 lbs occasionally. Communicates information to others. Discerns/analyzes information from others to assist in decision making. Works independently.



We offer a competitive salary/hourly range of $66,000 - $76,000, depending on your experience.

This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
