We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands‑on HR support across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Support full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding activities
- Administer benefits, employee leave (including FMLA), and HR programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service
- Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- HR certification and bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
