Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this dynamic, people-focused role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist with managing job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist in new hire onboarding, orientation, and compliance training.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and ongoing employee communications.
- Help monitor and ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support across all HR functions including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training programs.
- Participate in both virtual and in-person hiring and community events.
