Human Resources Generalist

YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

• Administering the leave of absence process and tracking employees on leave.
• Set up and maintain HR personnel records and files.
• Supporting benefits, compensation, and employee recognition programs.
• Managing performance review processes.
• Assisting with employee relations matters.
• Assisting with Workers' Compensation processes.
• Maintaining data integrity within our HRIS.
•  Serve as an ambassador of RRM, both internally and externally.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 4 years of HR experience.
• Current knowledge of employment laws, recruitment practices, and HR trends
•  Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred.
