The Human Resources Generalist supports the execution of day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role is responsible for administering core HR functions including payroll coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance support, employee relations, and HR systems maintenance.
The HR Generalist works closely with leadership, operations, and recruiting to ensure HR processes are followed consistently, employees are supported, and people-related initiatives are implemented effectively.
· Administer daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment and changes, compliance documentation, and employee records management.
· Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding in partnership with the recruiter.
· Assist with HR compliance and audits while ensuring adherence to employment laws.
· Maintain HRIS systems, employee data integrity, and routine reporting.
· Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions.
· Support performance management processes and documentation.
· Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Coordinate training, development, and internal HR projects.
· Reinforce company culture through consistent HR practices.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· 2–5 years of HR generalist or HR support experience.
· Working knowledge of employment laws, HR processes, and HRIS/payroll systems.
· SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
