As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the district’s human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of talent acquisition, leave management, performance management, and compliance activities. Your role will involve collaborating with district leadership to drive employee development, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with district policies.
As an HR Generalist, you will help foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and accessibility in our workforce. You will contribute to recruitment efforts, manage employee leaves, support substitute staffing, and play a key role in performance management and compliance.
Position Overview
Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer
Employment Terms: Support staff salary based on experience and education, 12-month contract with annual evaluation
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Retirement: PEERS
Salary
$57,429 - $83,449 per year, based on education, experience, and certifications
