The position requires a willingness to learn, exceptional organization, and the ability to interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources. You need to be equally comfortable with navigating day-to-day operations of the HR team and act as the right hand to our Director, Talent & Engagement. Responsibilities will include administering HR policies, procedures and programs Through tasks related to employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding, performance, and compliance. In addition, you will be involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. We need an agile problem solver and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. What you’ll do:

• Champion dancker’s core philosophy that employee satisfaction is the precursor to customer loyalty, ensuring our HR initiatives are always people-first.
• Facilitate and drive performance providing tools and frameworks that align with our “performance equals results plus behaviors” core value.
• Contribute to our success by meticulously administering HR processes, demonstrating that attention to detail is a cornerstone of our iterative journey towards excellence.

 What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a small team where you were required to switch hats multiple times each day.
• Experience working with UKG as an HRIS system
• In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A demonstrable track record of driving HR processes that align with core business values.
