General Description
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for an assigned segment of the organization’s HR responsibilities. Such responsibilities fall within the full spectrum of HR, to include, but not limited to, recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, policies, FMLA, ADA, LOA’s, worker’s compensation, unemployment, employee recognition and special events. Is a key member of the Human Resources team.
