Our continued business growth has created a new administrative opportunity within our team.  We are seeking a person who is willing to grow with us, requiring an open mind and flexibility with duties performed. The majority of duties will be in support of the team, through Human Resources type dutiies..  Support for Accounting, Safety, Engineering, Production Operations  and Purchasing may also be necessary.

Thoroughly utilize the Bamboo HRIS software,

  • Ensure all employee records are continually updated for accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic file records within the proper documents area(s)
  • Prepare reporting for our leaders as required.
    • Evaluation date reporting
    • PPE reimbursement eligibility and tracking
  • Assist as necessary with recruitment initiatives, which could include interview scheduling, pre-selection testing, etc.
  • Ensure the completeness of the onboarding administrative process of each new employee.
    • Verify all required policies are signed.
    • Tax forms are accurately completed and shared with the payroll servicing company.
    • HR System information is complete.
    • Timely completion of the E-verify process.
    • Paper HR file creation and information filing.
  • Responsible for serving as needed as one of the back-ups for the processing of payroll hours to our payroll servicing company.
  • Take an active part in the organization and assist with the execution of all HR activities.
    • Help create an inclusive and fun culture through opportunities for team interaction.
  • Assist with the Coordination of activities as required for benefits.
    • Open enrollment or new hire benefit session scheduling
    • Benefit program handouts.
    • Recordkeeping of each employee’s benefit selections
    • Coordination with our brokers ensuring accurate enrollments.
    • Monthly audits of invoicing to ensure accurate billing from our benefit business partners.
    • Handle all business and employee sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Exhibit TransMaster core values through human resources initiatives that drive culture and our employee experience.

 Assist with all necessary safety initiatives and documented training

    • As example,
      • Assist with the administration of tool box talks
      • Coordinate required training(s) (First aid/CPR/AED, has comm, etc)

 Assist with other administrative needs as business necessitates, as noted above.

An assorttment of admin duties, as noted previously.

Information regarding EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:   

-       HS Diploma or equivalent GED

 Desired:

-       Secondary degree in Business or Human Resource studies

-       Office management experience

-       Human resource generalist assistance experience

-       HRIS system experience

Other:

-       Professional written and verbal communication skills

-       Outlook proficiency

-       Confidential and detail oriented.  (DISC summary)
