Hammer Made is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to manage people operations for our Headquarters and retail store locations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee engagement, and other people-related projects.
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the staffing and overall employee engagement of the organization through best-in-class HR practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct reports at this time
Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. You will work closely with the General Manager and Senior Accountant for payroll, hiring needs, training and accountability.

The employee is frequently required to work on a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Regular business hours are 8:30am-5pm at our Eden Prairie HQ location.
Travel: This position may occasionally travel to local MN store locations to conduct training and or to address employee issues.
