The Gig This isn’t your grandma’s HR job. We want an HR Generalist who’s part coach, part compliance guru, and full-time people champion. You’ll get hands-on with our teams, solve problems on the fly, and make work better for everyone—every day.
Your Superpowers
Employee Whisperer
· Tackle concerns with empathy, fairness, and speed
· Guide managers through sticky stuff—performance, engagement, tough talks
· Lead investigations that are fair, respectful, and rock-solid
Benefits Boss
· Be the go-to for questions on coverage, claims, and choices
· Keep the benefits convo clear, helpful, and human
Compliance Ninja
· Stay sharp on labor laws, audits, and reports
· Keep policies fresh and legally tight
· Guard the details—accurate records, confidential files
HR Ops & Culture Builder
· Keep HR data clean and useful
· Partner on projects that move the business forward
· Support union admin, employee comms, and recognition efforts
You Bring
· 3+ years of HR experience (ER, benefits, compliance = your sweet spot)
· Solid HR knowledge (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
· Tech-savvy: HRIS, ATS, Excel—bonus if you know Workday
· Strong communicator with high EQ
· Proactive, flexible, organized, and ready to grow
· Willing to travel ~50% around New England

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
