HR Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR procedures, policies, and provide guidance for business operations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance programs.
  • Oversee onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
  • Handle HRIS data entry, audits, and employee-related compliance.
  • Provide employee-relations advisory services on issues like health, conduct, grievances, etc.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain employee handbook and organizational documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ethical awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and HR process knowledge.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and national employment laws.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Experience working in HR and leadership (1 year preferred).
