What are the duties and responsibilities?

  • Work with new employees to complete onboarding and orientation requirements.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure employees are ready to begin work in a timely manner with the required paperwork.
  • Track various information in our HRIS system (i.e. clearances and trainings).
  • Complete employment verifications and other paperwork for employees.
  • Work with outside partners as needed to review employees paperwork.
  • Assist with developing annual recruiting and hiring plan.
  • Provide support to the Director of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer as needed.

What are the required qualifications?

  • High School Diploma plus recruiting experience; or
  • Associate Degree in Business or related field; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management.
