Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist provides coaching and support allowing employees to effectively understand and adhere to CiboVita's policies and procedures. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships throughout the organization, concentrating on diffusing escalated matters.
  • Identify employee relations issues, using experience and judgment to bring the issues to resolution.
    • Assist with investigation and resolution of routine and/or ongoing employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions and complaints.
    • Provide case management support and assist with the preparation of documentation of issues such as disciplinary action, performance management, resolution of complaints and others.
  • Participate in recruitment and termination processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Communicate policies regarding human resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop, schedules, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee development.
  • Collect, analyze and present employee data.
  • Organize and update employee files.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Mediate between employees and management.
