The Human Resource Generalist provides support in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will routinely operate typical business office equipment, including computer hardware.
The Human Resources Assistant may occasionally spend time on the manufacturing floor. While on the manufacturing floor, this employee will be required to wear eye and hearing protection. Safety-toed shoes are highly recommended around and on manufacturing equipment.
