Position Summary
Vantage Aging is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to support a positive and compliant workplace. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Process employee payroll and generate payroll reports as needed
• Administer benefits, leave, and employee records
• Coordinate training and compliance tracking
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and orientation activities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least three (3) years of HR and payroll experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems

• Salary: $50,000- $60,000/year, depending on experience.
