POSITION SUMMARY: |
The HR Generalist administers daily operations of the Human Resources Department in three or more functional areas. Under general supervision, the HR Generalist directs the administration of various human resource functions including employee staffing, benefits, compensation, performance management, and other programs for ANHC.

QUALIFICATIONS: |
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of diverse Human Resource experience required.
Education, Certification and Licensure: Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or related field. Experience may be substituted for education on a year to year basis. Must Obtain SHRM-CP within 1 year of employment.
Additional Skills & Knowledge: Bilingual preferred.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain sedentary for prolonged periods of time at a workstation but may involve walking and standing for brief periods of time. Occasionally will exert up to 20 lbs. of force to move objects and files.
Work is performed in a healthcare clinic and office setting. ANHC is a tobacco-free campus.
