Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you'll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid understanding of HR best practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

We are seeking Human Resources Generalist to:

• Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Serve as a technical lead for specific workstreams within the HRIS system including.  Responsible for creating and testing new or updated functionality.
• Recommend process enhancements and support projects to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  Other hours may be required to meet operational needs.  This position is hybrid position with options for work in the office or at home.

Education:

Minimum – Associates’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Work Experience:

Required – One to three years human resources experience, preferably in a health care setting.

Certification(s):

Required - None

Preferred - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
