Traditions Hospitality Group is looking for a dedicated and people-centered Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This full-scope position plays a key role in supporting our employees and leadership by managing day-to-day HR functions—from onboarding and orientation to compliance, benefits administration, and more. ✨ Key Responsibilities

🔹 New Hire Orientation & Onboarding

• Lead new hire orientation sessions that embody the Traditions culture and values.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and materials for all new team members.
• Ensure completion of required paperwork, system entry, and onboarding checklists.

🔹 General HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee files and records in the HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the uniform program, badge issuance, and employee tools distribution.

🔹 Policy Compliance & Documentation

• Uphold and apply policies and procedures in alignment with company and legal standards.
• Track I-9s, EEO, and safety training records for audit readiness.
• Assist with implementation of safety initiatives and HR trainings.

🔹 Benefits & Leave Coordination

• Guide employees through benefits enrollment and changes.
• Administer leave requests including FMLA, personal, and medical leaves.
• Communicate deadlines and updates to employees in a clear and timely manner.

🔹 Recruitment Support

• Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Assist with job fairs and employee referral programs.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Support
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in HR or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of HR practices, laws, and confidentiality protocols
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
• 21+ years of age required
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
