Position Summary:
The HR Generalist II supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruiting and interviewing staff, employee relations, leads investigations, administering pay, benefits, and leave coordination with benefit specialists, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role ensures compliance with Federal, State and healthcare regulations as well as help to support a positive work environment for all staff and residents.
