The HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development supports a positive and inclusive workplace culture by partnering with leaders, team members, and the employee relations team to address workplace concerns, promote engagement, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies. This role plays a key part in fostering respectful work environments across the health system, with a focus on supporting team member relations, conflict resolution, and labor relations in a unionized setting. The HR Generalist contributes to the overall team member experience by helping to resolve issues early, supporting investigations, and ensuring alignment with organizational values, policies, and collective bargaining agreements. Supports other areas of the HR department, for example Leave of Absence, Payroll or Benefits as needed.

 

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is required with commiserate relevant experience in Business Operations, HR, or related field.   

Experience

• 2 years of HR experience
• Experience managing and maintaining a HRIS platform(s)

Salary Range: N20 ($33.26 - $49.88), based on experience  

Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
